Returns of apparel and accessories must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from when your order is placed. Returns of jewelry purchases must be received at our warehouse within 14 days from when your order is placed in order to receive a refund. Additionally, items can be returned to any of our 11 retail stores within the time frames specified above. This return window gives you time to evaluate and send a purchase back, while helping us keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.
Holiday Return Policy:
Purchases made between November 8 and December 2 may be returned until
January 2 for store credit. Purchases made after December 2nd will follow our standard 30 day return policy. Holiday ornaments and seasonal gifts cannot be returned after December 24th.
All returns must be unworn, have original tags attached, and be accompanied by the sales receipt/packing invoice.
Refunds for the amount of the purchase plus any applicable tax will be made according to the original method of payment. Your refund or exchange will be processed within seven business days of your package's arrival. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days for apparel and accessories, and after 14 days for jewelry. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day (or 14-day) return period cannot be accepted, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and won't be able to issue your merchandise credit or refund.
All face masks and monogrammed items are final sale.
